Kuching: H&L Retail Sdn. Bhd. once again donated 20,000 pcs of face masks to Sarawak Social Welfare Department (JKMS) to be distributed to the needy.
Marketing Officer of H&L Retail Sdn. Bhd., Lianny Bujang said this is one of the small little steps of H&L to protect the community from being infected by the virus.
“We know that since the COVID-19 outbreak, face mask has become one of the daily necessities. So, in the effort of assisting those who are in need of these items, we are once again collaborating with JKMS to distribute face mask to them.”
Since the COVID-19 outbreak began in January 2020, H&L has taken proactive actions ensuring that all its staffs, employees and community’s health is at its best condition.
This includes temperature checks at all entrance of all H&L outlets, check in using the Qmunity or MySejahtera App and encourage customers to practice physical distancing when queuing.
“We strongly believe that these little things we practiced are able to curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus. At H&L, we want everyone to have a safe and happy shopping environment,” said Lianny.
